Auto-Pay
If you would like to have your water account automatically paid from your
savings or checking account every other month, then our auto pay program
is the solution for you. On the due date of your bill, payment will be pulled
from the checking or savings account you provide. If you wish to join this
program please download the
Autopay form here. Then mail in the form
along with a voided check.

Leak Adjustments

Property owners are allowed 1 leak adjustment in a
5 year period. If you have had a severe leak, please fill out the
attached application
and return it to the District for approval. Adjustments will be made for broken
service lines only. Proof of the leak being fixed must be submitted with the
application. An example would be receipts from plumber or hardware store. All
leak adjustments are reviewed by the General Manager. Once approved, your
invoice will be adjusted. For more information please contact District staff.  
Rebates

SavingWater.org provides rebates for a variety of
water saving fixtures. As a Water District 125
Customer you are eligible for rebates on items such as
toilets and sprinkler system upgrades

Beginning April 1st, 2017
Receive a $100 rebate for  Premium 1.1 gallons per
flush toilets

Toilets are a household’s biggest
water user — old models can use three to five gallons
of water per flush, costing you money on your utility

Job Description

Occupant/Tenant Billing
If you have a tenant renting your property, you may wish to have an
occupant billing mailed to both you and your tenant. That way you and your
tenant both know how much water they are using. If you wish to sign up for
this, please download the
Tenant Form Here. Then mail or fax it back to the
District.
Please note: All past due amounts MUST be paid in full before a
tenant will be added to your account.
Water Quality Reports

Water District 125 is dedicated to bringing you the safest potable water you can
get. Each year the District provides all district customers with a Water Quality
Report. This report describes Department of Health and EPA's regulations and
shows test results from Water District 125 from a variety of tests performed on
your water.
