These are unprecedented times. COVID-19 has impacted all of our lives and we appreciate your efforts to help us combat this pandemic. At Water District 125, we understand that important role we play in your ability to stay safe and sanitize properly. The Board of Commissioners have approved a motion to suspend all past due charges and water shut offs for delinquent service through July 2021. Given that this is an ever-changing situation, those allowances may be extended out further into the future. The District is closely monitoring for a directive from Governor Jay Inslee on the reopening of government buildings. The District continues to otherwise operate as normal during this time including 24 hour emergency phone support. Payment can be made at the District website, by phone or dropped off in our secure lock box located in front of the administration building. No fees are charged for electronic payment processing either over the phone or online. The Board of Commissioners have also approved extensions to payment arrangement plans. If you have been adversely affected by COVID-19 and need help with payment arrangements, please contact the District office at (206)242-9547.We appreciate your patience during these uncertain times. Staff will continue to work to maintain the District's infrastructure to ensure you continue to receive clean, potable drinking water. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
