If you have an after hours/weekend/holiday emergency, please
contact the District at (206) 242-9547 and leave your contact
information with our live answering service staff. A field
technician will call you back as soon as possible.
Your Commissioners
The District operates as a Special Purpose District
governed by a three member Board of Commissioners,
elected to six year terms by the District's resident rate
payers. Commissioners enact resolutions and establish
policies that direct the operations of the District.

All three Commissioners have, through meetings, training
activities and experience been granted Platinum level
certification as prescribed by standards established  by the
Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts.

AFTS will charge $1.00 per ACH transaction. This is the only
charge for an E-check. There will be an additional 2.25% fee
if you choose to pay with a credit or debit card.

Cloudy Colored Water?

We continually flush the main lines as a regular part of our
maintenance procedures.
If your water is cloudy or full of bubbles, please flush your
private line by running the
BATH TUB for 3-5 minutes.

Rate Increase
Effective January 20, 2016, the District has implemented
a 3% rate increase.
